DOCUMENT 2: TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)

By downloading or using Powm ("The Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app immediately.

Powm is a technical tool that allows you to hold and present digital proofs (e.g., "Over 18").

No Warranty: We provide the service "as is." We do not guarantee that every merchant or website will accept Powm proofs.

Not a Government ID: Powm is not a replacement for your physical passport or driver's license in legal or government settings.

Because Powm is a Local-First wallet, you are the sole custodian of your data.

Security: You are responsible for securing your phone (PIN, Biometrics). If someone steals your unlocked phone and uses it to verify age, Powm is not liable.

Loss of Data: If you lose your device or delete the app, your credentials are lost. Powm cannot recover them for you.

You agree not to use Powm for:

Verifying age to access illegal content (e.g., CSAM, terrorism).

Attempting to reverse-engineer the cryptographic protocols.

Using a rooted/jailbroken device to spoof verifications.

Result: We reserve the right to ban your Device Identifier if we detect cryptographic tampering or bot-like activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or safety of the Third-Party Websites you access using Powm. We only open the door; we do not control what is inside.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris.
